Administration Billing & Receptionist

Primary Function
The primary functions of this position are to serve as the receptionist of the corporate office, perform billing duties, and coordinate the ordering of office supplies for all departments and locations. The position creates a welcoming environment by greeting visitors and providing timely, friendly, and professional customer service; prepares and issues customer invoices through all required channels; and manages office supply requests to support operational needs across the organization.
Description
- Performs essential front desk administrative duties including but not limited to greeting visitors, answering, and routing incoming phone calls
- Maintains, processes, reviews, and compiles a variety of confidential and sensitive electronic and hard copy reports, records, and correspondence, which requires tact and discretion in handling
- Provides data and information requiring some explanation or interpretation
- Primary contacts are within the department with regular contact with management and representatives of outside organizations
- Coordinates office supply requests for all departments and locations and places orders accurately and promptly
- Monitors office supply inventory and maintains appropriate stock levels based on operational needs
- Works with approved vendors, tracks orders, resolves discrepancies, and distributes supplies to the appropriate departments and locations
- Regular attendance is required to maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Other duties may be assigned

- AS400/Innovative transportation software experience
- Knowledge of the transportation industry
Education Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a field related to the specialized functional area.
