Account Management/Customer Service Department

Customers are assigned a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who becomes fully knowledgeable and responsible for their respective accounts. Each CSR cross trains to insure complete customer satisfaction.

Warehousing and Logistics

In the Spring of 2003, a 50,000 square foot warehouse was built to adjoin the Big G Express, Inc. truckload transportation facility. To help us serve you, we also opened BGE Logistics in Nashville, TN. This company has access to carriers nationwide. Let us assist you with our Brokerage Company!

Big G Express, Inc. installed a state-of-the-art CISCO VoIP System in 2004. Big G Express, Inc. has invested strongly in building a superior work environment for our employees, with focus on technology, which allows us to be more efficient and attentive to our customers' needs.

Driver Information

Big G Express, Inc. employs professional, non-union, company drivers. The driver recruitment and training program focuses on SAFETY. State-of-the-art technology is used to qualify professional drivers hired by Big G Express, Inc. Training consists of a 2-day driver orientation with an emphasis on “Commitment to Safety”. Additional driver training consists of the following:

  • Weekly Communication Safety Training
  • One on One Customer Service and Safety Training
  • Periodic Company Safety Meetings
  • Performance Evaluation
